Jesús E. Jambrina is Assistant Professor at Viterbo University where he teaches Spanish American Literature, and History, and coordinates the Latin American Studies program. Jambrina has published several articles both in Havana and the United States on Cuban author Virgilio Piñera on whom he is currently preparing a book. In 2008, Jambrina published a collection of poems under the title of Nosotros y las Tortugas (We and the Turtles, Santiago de Chile).
