It can be broken down into 3 simple steps and although understanding it conceptually (the first step) may not be that difficult even for dummies, it takes a considerable amount of practice for most ordinary mortals to reach Yoga.  So much so that i would suspect that in most conferences people may not even want to talk about really reaching the last step but mostly dwell on the by products or fall outs of the practice.
