Traditionally Yoga has always been thought of as a tool to address problems of the individual self (mind-body) and it would be interesting to explore if one can simply utilize the concept of ‘yoga’ as binding or union of individual ‘units’ that make up a ‘system.’ Needless to say all these units with specialized functions would need to come together toward a common purpose? |
