Unfortunately in spite of the infrastructure or because of it a majority of our training imparted in medical schools throughout the country leaves a lot to be desired? A few central institutes of excellence such as AIIMS and PGIMER are the exceptions but the question is why can’t there be more centres of excellence in the country? Do we need more funding or more people attuned to excellence. Can ‘yoga’ bring about that attitudinal shift?
