This is a traditional image of the individual drop and ocean connect that represents ‘yoga’ that i hope may propel us into a practical understanding of trying to ‘realize’ a ‘unity’ amidst ‘duality’ (or even ‘plurality’ if you will) that we  constantly keep going through in our lives. The method of yoga tries to purify the sukshma shareer (subtle body) that can enable dissolution of its layers to enable it to merge into the universal self.
