Faculty/StaffBill JudsonBill Judson is an adjunct instructor. He held the position of curator of film and video at Carnegie Museum of Art for 28 years. He teaches courses on the history and theory of film and video art in the Department of the History of Art and Architecture, and also teaches at other institutions. He studied art history at Williams College (BA 1960), Oberlin College (MA 1968), and Yale University, where he held a Fulbright-Hays Fellowship to France for film research. He has lectured and published on a range of art history and media arts topics and has organized a large number of film and video exhibitions and series within a museum context. He is currently an independent curator and organizer of film exhibition programs. His books include American Landscape Video: The Electronic Grove (1988) and Buky Schwartz: Videoconstructions (1992).
